January Prayer Requests of Local Missionaries

Lawas Care Centre – Kong Moi Fah

  1. Pray that the children will prepare their heart in returning to the centre.
  2. Pray for a new good start and full year planning. Ask God to lead and give our fellow workers wisdom, love and patience to lead and teach the children.
  3. Pray for my physical and spiritual health. Pray for God’s wisdom upon me so that I will be able to teach the children with love and patience. 

Ulu Julau, Matop – Ling Fang Fang

  1. Thank God for His guidance and care throughout the year as well as giving me peace and health to run the longhouse ministry. 
  2. Pray that pastor and I can work well with one another.
  3. Ask God to give me wisdom while preparing sermons so that the Word of God can be deeply rooted in the hearts of Ibans. Pray also for the plan that I have arranged will go smoothly this year.
  4. Pray for God’s guidance among the Iban youths and Sunday school students that they may grow stronger spiritually, have a fervent heart to serve and the ability to plan and support themselves. 
  5. Pray also for Iban brothers and sisters to take initiative to come to worship service as well as equipping themselves in order to shepherd their own people in the future.
  6. Pray for single-parent families at the longhouses. Their economic sources are very limited. Pray that God will strengthen and uplift their faith. 

Sarikei – Chua Koh Kui and Ling Leng King

  1. Pray for Ulu Nangka Mujong trip on 22nd to 25th January will go smoothly.
  2. Pray that God will give us good health. 

Lawas Care Centre

  1. Pray that the children are willing to go back to the centre and school to learn. 
  2. Pray for the adaptation of children when returning to the centre.
  3. There will be 3-4 primary one and two students coming to the centre. Pray that they will be able to adapt to the environment and handle their daily affairs themselves.
  4. Pray for the bonding and spiritual life of the fellow workers.

Lubok Antu, Sarikei – Jason Siew (volunteer)

  1. Pray that more schools will be opened to us to do school ministry.
  2. Pray that I will visit more longhouses.
  3. Pray that there will be more mission trips to Lubok Antu.

Lubok Antu, Sarikei – Nguang Sii Khing (volunteer)

  1. I found that the residents in the longhouses are not very attentive during worship service. Pray for God’s wisdom to be upon them that they may concentrate in worshipping God. 
  2. Ask God to give me wisdom to shepherd Ibans so that their spiritual life will grow.
  3. Ask God to grant me good health.

Sibujaya – Ting Mee Hung

  1. Pray for the salvation of my father and brother.
  2. Pray for my faith in God. There are always setbacks in ministry. Pray for God’s wisdom to be with me that I may walk in the path which God has prepared for me.
  3. Pray for the Holy Spirit to lead me in every ministry that has been planned according to God’s will.
  4. Pray for God’s protection to be upon my family and I can also balance between my ministry and family.

West Kuching District Hakka Ministry – Chai Kian Ching and Chai Sheau Hong

  1. We plan to reach out 20 people in a month and keep in touch with them. Ask God to give us grace.
  2. Pray for the God’s protection when moving around rural areas.
  3. Pray for our health.

Doa Misionari Januari

Lawas Care Centre – Kong Moi Fah

  1. Berdoa supaya kanak-kanak bersedia untuk kembali ke pusat dan sekolah.
  2. Berdoa untuk permulaan yang baik dan pelan untuk tahun ini. Minta Tuhan untuk memimpin dan memberi kebijaksanaan, kasih sayang dan kesabaran kepada kami dalam memimpin dan mengajar kanak-kanak.
  3. Berdoa untuk badan, minda dan semangat saya. 

Ulu Julau, Matop – Ling Fang Fang

  1. Syukur atas kepimpinan dan penjagaan Tuhan pada tahun lalu kerana mempunyai keamanan dan kesihatan dalam ibadat di rumah panjang.
  2. Berdoa agar saya dapat bekerjasama dengan Rev Irene dengan baik.
  3. Minta Tuhan memberi saya kebijaksanaan untuk menyediakan khotbah supaya firman Allah mendalami hati orang Iban dan juga perancangan saya tahun ini dapat berjalan lancar.
  4. Berdoa untuk remaja dan kanak-kanak minggu sekolah. Minta Tuhan memimpin mereka agar kerohanian mereka bertambah kuat, memiliki hati yang berani untuk berkhidmat kepada Tuhan, belajar merancang dan dapat menyokong diri. 
  5. Berdoa untuk orang Iban supaya mereka mengambil inisiatif untuk datang ke ibadat, melengkapkan dan melatih diri agar dapat menggembala orang Iban yang lain pada masa akan datang. 
  6. Berdoa untuk keluarga tunggal di rumah panjang. Sumber-sumber ekonomi mereka sangat terhad. Minta Tuhan terus menguatkan kepercayaan mereka dan menghidupkan mereka.

  1. Berdoa untuk kesihatan kami.

Lawas Care Centre

  1. Berdoa supaya anak-anak sanggup kembali ke pusat dan juga bersedia pergi ke sekolah pada tahun baru ini.
  2. Berdoa agar anak-anak dapat menyesuaikan diri dengan kehidupan pusat.
  3. Terdapat 3 hingga 4 pelajar baru tahun satu atau dua akan datang ke pusat. Berdoalah agar mereka dapat meyesuaikan diri dengan persekitaran dan dapat mengendalikan urusan mereka sendiri.
  4. Berdoa untuk kehidupan kerohanian di kalangan rakan sekerja.

Lubok Antu, Sarikei – Jason Siew

  1. Berdoa agar lebih banyak sekolah dapat menjalankan pelayanan pelajar.
  2. Berdoa agar saya dapat pergi melayani lebih banyak rumah panjang.
  3. Berdoa supaya lebih banyak lagi jangka misi pendek dijalankan di Lubok Antu.

Lubok Antu, Sarikei – Nguang Sii Khing

  1. Saya mendapati bahawa penduduk di rumah panjang tidak berapa fokus dalam penyembahan. Minta Tuhan memberi mereka kebijaksanaan dan cukup berkonsentrasi untuk menyembah Tuhan.
  2. Berdoa supaya saya mendapat kebijaksanaan daripada Tuhan untuk memupuk orang Iban agar kehidupan kerohanian mereka bertumbuh.
  3. Berdoa untuk kesihatan saya.

Sibujaya – Ting Mee Hung

  1. Berdoa agar bapa dan adik lelaki saya dapat percaya kepada Yesus Kritus.
  2. Berdoa untuk iman saya kerana kadang-kala ada kekecewaan dalam pelayanan. Minta Tuhan memberi kebijaksanaan kepada saya supaya saya dapat berjalan di jalan yang telah disediakan oleh Tuhan.
  3. Minta Roh Kudus untuk memimpin saya dalam merancang setiap pelayanan.
  4. Berdoa kepada Tuhan untuk menjaga keluarga saya dan saya juga boleh mengimbangi di antara pelayanan dan keluarga.

Pelayanan Hakka Kuching Daerah Barat – Chai Kian Ching dan Chai Sheau Hong

  1. Kami merancang untuk menjangkau 20 orang dalam satu bulan dan terus berhubung dengan mereka. Minta anugerah Tuhan untuk kami.
  2. Berdoa untuk keselamatan kami ketika bergerak di kawasan luar bandar.
  3. Berdoa untuk kesihatan kami.

一月份本地宣教士代祷事项

Lawas Care Centre – 江梅花

  1. 为着孩子们的心情预备好回到中心和学校祷告。
  2. 为着我们中心新的一年有新的好开始和一整年的计划代祷。求神带领并赐我们同工们有聪明智慧、爱心和耐心来带领和教导孩子们。
  3. 为着我的身、心、灵代祷。求神赐我有额外上头来的聪明智慧，并有爱心、耐心来教导孩子们。

Ulu Julau, Matop – 林芳芳

  1. 感谢上帝一年来的带领和眷顾，让我有平安健康带领长屋的聚会。
  2. 为我和牧师能够有很好的配搭来到。
  3. 求神赐我聪明智慧来预备讲章，让上帝的话语能够深刻在伊班同胞的心里，也使我今年的所安排的计划能够顺利进行。
  4. 为着青少年，主日学祷告，求神带领他们，让他们能更加长进，有火热的心事奉上帝，能够学会计划并自力自养。
  5. 也为着伊班同胞能够主动来聚会，主动装备自己，受训，将来能够回来牧养他们自己的同胞而祷告。
  6. 为着那里的单亲家庭来祷告。他们的经济来源非常有限，求神亲自坚固他们的信仰，并且让他们能从新振作。
  7. 为着Nur姐妹还有她们的奶奶来祷告。求神亲自带安慰他们，他们的奶奶在医院，器官已坏死，目前只靠氧气来维持。他们的经济来源很有限，求神带领Nur姐妹，能够更加坚固他们的信仰。

Sarikei – 蔡国贵和林莲钦夫妇

  1. 求主保守这个正月二十二致二十五日的行程–Ulu Nanga Mujong能够顺利进行。
  2. 求主保守我们有健康的身体。

Lawas Care Centre

  1. 祷告新一年孩子们愿意回到中心，愿意去学校学习。
  2. 祷告入学登记等程序都能顺利。
  3. 为着孩子们重新适应中心的生活祷告。
  4. 有3到4位1年级或2年级的新学生会到中心。为他们能适应环境、能处理自己的事祷告。
  5. 为着同工之间的配搭、灵命祷告。

Lubok Antu, Sarikei – 萧信安 (义务宣教士/本处传道)

  1. 祷告更多学校愿意开放做学生事工。
  2. 为着我能够去更多长屋祷告。
  3. 为着在Lubok Antu会有更多的短宣祷告。

Lubok Antu, Sarikei – 阮斯钦 (义务宣教士)

  1. 我发现长屋里的居民敬拜态度不是很专心，求主给予他们聪明智慧和足够的专注力专心敬拜神。
  2. 求主给予我聪明智慧能够栽培他们，他们的灵命能够成长。
  3. 求主赐给我有健康的身体。

Sibujaya – 陈玫凤

  1. 为我爸爸和弟弟的救恩祷告。
  2. 为着我的信心祷告，服事过程难免有挫折；求神赐智慧让我能走在神为我预备的道路上。
  3. 求圣灵引领在策划每个事工上，都能按神心意去行。
  4. 求神保守我的家庭，让我能在服事及家庭中取得平衡。

古晋西教区客语事工 – 蔡建清和蔡晓虹夫妇

  1. 我们计划一个月接触20个人，与他/他们打交道。求神赐下恩典。
  2. 在“谈狗色变”的当儿，求神保守我们在乡区走动时的平安。
  3. 求神给我们健康。
